ScopeNudge is still in open beta. Client scopes and new requests can contain commercially sensitive information, so we want the beta workflow to be clear before you submit anything.

1. Anonymize by default
You do not need to send a full contract or identify your client. The relevant excerpt is usually enough.
- Remove client and employee names
- Replace brands with generic labels
- Share only the scope clauses relevant to the request
- Remove commercially sensitive details that are not needed for the analysis
2. Human review during beta
The beta is not fully automated yet. Submitted cases are captured through Netlify Forms and reviewed manually before the ScopeNudge analysis is returned.
- Manual review helps us check analysis quality
- Relevant excerpts may be processed with AI tools to prepare the analysis
- Your beta submission is not sold to third parties
- Your submission is not used for third-party advertising
3. Purpose-limited beta use
The information you submit is used to process your request, return the analysis and operate the beta workflow.
- We may use non-identifying feedback to improve the ScopeNudge workflow
- We do not publish your submitted documents or client messages
- Beta submissions are deleted within 30 days after the analysis is delivered, unless you explicitly ask us to retain them for continued testing
- You can request deletion sooner by email at any time
4. Please do not submit secrets
ScopeNudge does not need credentials or highly sensitive personal information to assess scope creep.
- No passwords, API keys or access tokens
- No payment-card or banking credentials
- No unnecessary personal or special-category data
- If your company requires a security or legal review, contact us before submitting
Best practice: paste only the relevant section of the original scope and the new client request. In most cases, that is enough for ScopeNudge to produce a useful analysis without identifying the client.
